Please list down the following info in as much detail as possible to increase your chances of securing the assignment!
 

FOR SPORTS:
1. Any achievements for the relevant sport you are coaching (e.g. Silver for B Div School Swimming Team etc)
2. Years of experience as a Sports/Fitness Coach
3. How many students are you currently coaching for the relevant sport
4. Proficiency levels you can teach (e.g. Beginners only, or Beginners to Competitive)
5. Whether you are able to prepare your own equipment (e.g. Tennis racket/ball, Badminton racket & shuttlecock etc)
6. Previous Fitness Studios/Clubs or schools you have taught at (if any)
7. Any other helpful information (such as if u have testimonials from other students/clients)

FOR MUSIC:
1. Any achievements for the relevant music you are tutoring (e.g. Bachelor of Music, ABRSM etc)
2. Years of experience as a Music Tutor/Teacher
3. How many students are you currently teaching for the relevant music type
4. Please indicate if you have any performance experience (e.g. at concerts)
5. Whether you are able to prepare your own teaching materials such as Music books etc
6. Previous Music schools/centres or schools you have taught at (if any)
7. Any other helpful information (such as if you have testimonials from other students/clients)
