4. Tutors’ Information 
As a tuition agency, Premium Tutors may use tutors' information for advertisements on our online and offline marketing collaterals (e.g., our website and social media). This may include Tutor’s name, age, profile photo, gender, race, teaching preferences, academic qualifications, preferred tutoring locations, tutor category, and teaching experience. Tutor details that will not be revealed publicly include: Email address, phone number, bank details, postal code, and uploaded documents.
 

5. Client’s Information
We collect geographic information such as postal codes or addresses from Clients to source suitable tutors. We may advertise this information on our website, mobile application, or third-party websites. We will take measures to avoid revealing full addresses but cannot guarantee this in the case where the clients full address can be revealed solely by the postal code. Clients can inform us if they wish their address to remain hidden and provide a nearby location as a placeholder.
 

6. Sharing of Data
When a Client requests proof of a tutor’s certificates or requests to speak to the Tutor, we will first seek express consent from the Tutor before sending any files or releasing the contact number to the Client.
When an assignment is confirmed, we may send the phone number, email, and full address of the Tutee to the Tutor, and vice versa, for liaison purposes.

 

In case of disputes, personal information will not be revealed unless required by law.
 

7. Third-Party Actions 
We can disclose Users' Personal Data to third parties for the following reasons:

• On legal request by governmental or law enforcement bodies;

• To investigate potential violations;

• To prevent technical issues;

• To enforce applicable laws, procedures, and regulations;

• At the request of processing partners for payment processing.
