By using this website, you allow us to collect the following information, including, but not limited to: Your full legal name, mobile number, address, age, gender, occupation, educational qualifications, tutoring profile, personal images you may upload onto our platform, and soft copies of certificates uploaded by yourself.
We may also collect, by default, your IP address, web browser information, computer information, etc. If you make payment through our platform, we may also collect relevant payment details such as the last 4 digits of your credit card.
Geographic information such as your postal code and address may also be collected by us. For all tuition assignments, we may disclose your postal code and a rough summary of your request to potential applicants on various channels. However, we will not disclose your unit number, name and contact details publicly or to any other party until the confirmation of the assignment, at which point such details will be made known to your chosen tutor.
Such Data is collected by us when you access or use our website, open a user account with us, use our mobile application, submit email applications or applications through any other form of communication channels, submit requests through our “contact us” form or any other similar features, or by interacting with our staff through telephone, email, or any other form of communication. Kindly ensure all information provided by you is error free to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. If you were to provide information on any individual other than yourself, you agree that you have attained all relevant consent before doing so.
Usage of your data
We reserve the right to disclose and share your personal information with third parties in the following scenarios: With our clients and partners to offer you products, services and or promotions, to help you secure tutoring assignments, with third parties that we may subcontract to perform additional services, such as marketing, data analysis service providers; with professional advisors when it is necessary to respond to legal enquiries.
Only personal information that is necessary for these parties to deliver their respective services will be disclosed.
Through our marketing efforts with other companies, you may also be linked to other Third party websites. Our privacy policy is not applicable on our partnering websites and you will be subjected to their policy if you choose to utilise the services offered by other websites.
Retention of Data
Your personal data will be stored as long as required for the purpose. For user accounts, your personal data will be retained by us as long as your user account is still active. We also retain the details of all confirmed assignments and enquiries made on our website. In the event you would like the relevant info to be removed permanently from our internal database, please contact us directly via email or whatsapp. All information is stored securely in accordance with the relevant data protection laws. However, we cannot guarantee its absolute secrecy as no method of electronic storage is fully secure. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event oif any breach of your personal information.

You may remove, access, or modify your personal data at any time by emailing us at hello@premiumtutors.sg with your name and contact details. You may also remove your information from our database directly by logging into your user account and click on the “Delete Profile” option. Any requests may take up to 14 business days to process.
