Payment for the first two weeks of lessons is to be made directly to Premium Tutors. No payment should be made to tutors during this period. From the third week onward, you may pay the tutor directly. If lessons continue with the tutor but payment to Premium Tutors is not made, we reserve the right to instruct the tutor to collect the owed amount on our behalf. This is to ensure that our agency commission is not bypassed or avoided.
For your convenience, payment can also be made through the following methods:
1. Our DBS Current Account:
• Account Number: 072-111054-7
2. Through DBSS PayNow:
• Unique Entity Number (UEN): 202348253H Edufingo
Premium Tutors is not responsible for misdirected transactions to incorrect bank accounts or unidentified deposits into our account. Claims of payment without evidence will not be acknowledged if the transaction cannot be verified by Premium Tutors. Always provide a screenshot of your payment proof via WhatsApp at (+65) 94672789 or via email to contact@premiumtutors.sg
For payments over six weeks late, Premium Tutors reserves the right to charge a late fee. A $50 late fee will be assessed for each two weeks (or fourteen days) past due. Additional administrative fees may apply for the resources and time needed to recover the debt. Premium Tutors can also take legal action or file a claim with the Small Claims Tribunal to recover any unpaid amounts. Generally, if payment is not received within three months, Premium Tutors will file with the Small Claims Tribunal (SCT). If the debt is deemed unrecoverable without legal assistance, we may file claims sooner. Late payment penalties will continue to be assessed every two weeks until a final court order is granted, and the non-payer will be liable for all associated legal fees.
PremiumTutors instruct all tutors to reach out to the client directly for unit number and lesson preparation. In the event clients require the tutor to purchase assessment books or additional materials, tutors reserve the right to claim a reimbursement fee.
Clients and tutors should inform Premium Tutors of any changes to the original assignment, including but not limited to:
(a) increases in lesson frequency,
(b) addition of new subjects, or
(c) any other arrangements not reflected in the original Confirmation Invoice.
As per our commission policy, Premium Tutors is entitled to collect commission based on the first two weeks of lessons. If there is any change in frequency or scope (e.g. additional subjects), Premium Tutors reserves the right to adjust the commission amount accordingly. The revised commission will be based on the updated arrangement, regardless of when the change was communicated or implemented.
Once the commission period (i.e. the first two lessons from the start of the assignment) has passed, Premium Tutors will no longer be held responsible for facilitating, verifying, or mediating payment matters between tutors and clients.
Both parties are expected to maintain clear communication and settle all ongoing payments privately beyond the commission period.
The Company is not responsible for any disagreements or conflicts between the Tutor and Client. Any attempt by the Company to resolve conflicts does not imply legal liability for either party. The Company, its employees, sub-contractors, and agents are not responsible for any disputes, clashes, or crimes between the Client and their family and the Tutor during the Assignment.
Clients must notify Premium Tutors or the tutor at least 12 hours before the first lesson if they need to postpone or cancel. Failure to do so will result in the client paying 50% of the first lesson's fee as compensation for the tutor's time and travel expenses. Premium Tutors will evaluate unforeseen emergencies leading to lastminute cancellations individually.
